Incolink — Bluehats Conference, Melbourne

Mental health in the construction industry was the focus of Incolink’s 2026 Bluehats Conference at InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto. Presentations and panel discussions explored wellbeing and the role colleagues can play in supporting one another.

Hamish John Appleby photographed the formal sessions and the life around them: conversations over coffee, a delegate absorbed in taking notes, a familiar face greeted with an embrace. The selection moves between speakers and listeners, tracing the day through individual moments.
